The Combustion Group is a privately owned, limited liability company that was formed in 1989 from the acquisition of Hotwork Africa (founded in 1972) and Niel Passet Enterprises (founded in 1968). In 2002, the company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fer-Min-ore, an ISO9000 certified company with over 30 years’ experience in coal combustion systems and minerals beneficiation.
