The Combustion Group have supplied equipment to all the major aluminium smelters in Southern Africa. They have also been privileged to work with major International Aluminium Smelting specialists on projects in this area.

Typically, an aluminium smelting furnace utilises High Velocity Burners firing over the pool of molten material. Accurate temperature and ratio control are required to prevent the oxidisation and degradation of the aluminium. Full Flame monitoring and all necessary safety equipment is fitted to these furnaces.
